Quotable biography

José Manuel Almuzara Pérez (Nador, 1952) is a chartered architect (COAC, Barcelona) and Gaudí scholar. Since 1992 he has presided over the Association for the Beatification of Antoni Gaudí, a cause the Vatican has advanced by declaring the architect’s heroic virtues. He is the author of the essay “Gaudí, the Architect of the Soul” and one of the leading international voices on the spiritual dimension of the genius behind the Sagrada Família.
