Recipients and data processors
To provide the service we rely on providers that act as data processors:
- IONOS (web hosting and email) — European Union.
- Resend / Amazon Web Services (SES) (sending the email containing your message) — United States.

- Telegram (internal notification to the controller that a new request has arrived).
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
International transfers
The providers Resend/AWS and Google may process data in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy framework and/or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We retain the data from your enquiry for as long as necessary to handle it and to maintain the relationship arising from it, as well as for the legally required periods. You may request its deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may exercise, free of charge, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@almuzara.org and indicating the right you wish to exercise.
